ugh...
this is hard, I'm trying to get the page to pass the validator at w3c.org
I keep trying with diffent standards, I ether fail cauese I useing codes that are too new or codes that are too old. ... and why would html 4.01 reconise pre but not /pre ???
not exactly, it was the code above this that "contained the refrence to plaintext... (yes I am an idiot)
