Us capital building Looks like this has been intentionaly blurred. Why would they do this ? The White House does not get a simmalar treatment. ... Actually, apon closer examination, perhaps the roofs of the white house and the two adjacent buildings have been panted solid. This is probably to hide defensive equipment that is there.
spot same effect with MSN (1/26/06) Google No longer serves blurred images. white house on MSN is still blurred.
Flying Car spotted with Google Earth. Visits to the site debunk the most obious explnations.

tineye Reverse image search , like Google's image search but often finds different results.
