so blockaid.me is an alternative to the DNS system that will override government attempts to censor the internet by damaging the DNS system. It's not foolproof, because it is not distributed, ( so the server could be seized, DDOSed , blocked ) , however this DNS server can be used by any novice by only changing a few system settings.
