Slashdot story on EULAS
I mean how can you enforce a contact when you can't even know the terms before you agree to it. And since when can a End User Licence Agreement (EULA) overide basic property rights?
GM couldn't sell you a car and then tell you that by turning the key you agree to not to sell it so anyone. What gives a software company selling a video game or other product this Special right over us as consumers ??
