So what's the deal with google?
I totaly reworked this site ( it's still inprocess) about 4months ago. In that time I have been watching the hits I get from search engines, I noticed frquent hits from yahoo's bot "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Yahoo! Slurp; http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/ysearch/slurp)". I continue to get the whole site randomly polled from them. As a result my notes turn up on relivant searches on yahoo
In contrast, Google has not (near as I can tell) hit the sight since I started making changes. (Google claims they last checked it 6months ago) Yet I continue to get hits from google pointing at the old (out of date) pages. I submited the new url to google weeks and weeks ago. ... no change..
Perhaps they spend so much time on new features, that they can't keep a modern copy of their index.
