Roaming into an area that has no service uses more power as the 7135 Smartphone attempts to reacquire service periodically. If no service is located after a period of time, the power save feature initiates.

That just isn't true. I get no service in my office and it will KILL the battery if I have it there with the phone part turned on in LESS than 6 hours
